SHIPPING:

All US orders over $150 will receive Free Shipping.  Under $150 is a $8.50 flat rate.  Tracking information will be provided via email to the customer at the time the order has been completed. We process and ships orders Wednesday through Saturday. We do not ship internationally.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP: (Faulkton, SD and Warner/Aberdeen Area, SD)

You will be notified via text message when your items are available for pickup at The Shops location in Faulkton.  Pickups are available during regular store hours.  If you would like Aberdeen pickup, please email sales@bythecreeksd.com after your purchase to make arrangements.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages of any kind regardless of the circumstances. Please contact your local post office.  Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer expense.
